1. during the period from 6 November 2006 to March 31, 2007, the movement on weekdays, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 18.30, all gasoline-powered vehicles with an approval granted before the Euro and all diesel vehicles with prior approval EURO 2. 5. to promote the speedy disposal of the most polluting vehicles, there are the incentives to the owners set out in paragraph 2.3.


Measures to reduce emissions from vehicles used for transport and distribution of goods and the pursuit of business and commercial, industrial, agricultural and service.

The following measures apply in the territory of the Piedmont Region to all vehicles, up to 3.5 tons, owned by individual firms, associations, agencies and public bodies, companies of any legal headquartered Piedmont, used for the transport and distribution of goods and the pursuit of business and commercial, industrial, agricultural and service:
1. from 6 November 2006 to 31 March 2007 the movement from 8 to 12 of all gasoline powered vehicles with an approval granted before the EURO and for all diesel vehicles with EURO two previous approvals. It is also prohibited during the same hours the movement of two-stroke mopeds and motorcycles do not conform to EURO 1, registered from more than 10 years;
4. from 1 October 2008 the movement, from 8 am to 18.30, all diesel vehicles Euro 2, registered from more than 10 years;
5. to promote the speedy disposal of the most polluting vehicles, there are the incentive for owners of which in 2.3.

The necessary measure, however, is anything but free of obvious flaws, is reported by the coalition close to the Governor, and above all by ' opposition.
